Team 7 celebrate the start of a six week break from missions by attending a party thrown by Kiba. Alcohol and bad timing leads to Naruto drunkenly confessing a deep secret to Sasuke, and subsequently to the pair sharing a bed. Next morning, Naruto is struck down with terrible paralyzing stomach pains and a worried Kakashi takes him to Tsunade, who diagnoses pregnancy. However, if Naruto doesn't abort the baby immediately, he faces a possible painful death...
